“Well begun is half done” is the saying and it’s true for your work every day. Take the time and do what you need to start every day right.
Consider getting paperwork out of the way before the official day begins. Then you can concentrate on your people and your team’s work for the day.
Check in with your team members. You might have a daily “huddle” or contact each member individually. Make sure everyone’s work will move the team forward and that they have the help and resources to do it. Spot problems. Solve them.
