Don’t depend on someone else to tell you how you’re doing. Don’t depend only on your gut-sense either. Track your performance on key indicators to improve your results.

Track your performance on the items on your To Do list. Track key activities that you know lead to success. Track your Key Performance Indicators every day.

Keep it simple. You should be able to gather, post, and analyze your daily performance in less than fifteen minutes.
