What are you really good at? When you identify your key strengths, you know what you can build on and what you have to offer in any situation.
Most of us are pretty bad at identifying our own strengths, so it’s a good idea to get some help. There are books and instruments and programs you can use to identify your strengths.
Even if you use them be sure to talk to people who know you well. Ask them what you do well. Then listen to what they tell you.
