I picked up How to Lead: Wisdom from the World’s Greatest CEOs, Founders, and Game Changers by David Rubenstein for two reasons. I was impressed with the range of leaders Rubenstein interviewed. The usual suspects are there, like Jeff Bezos and Sir Richard Branson. But Rubenstein also interviewed Ruth Bader Ginsburg and James Baker. There are also interviews with Phil Knight and Tim Cook.

I like the interview format, too. I love to get the actual words of the subject, especially when he to she is responding to a question.
