Boss’s Tip of the Week: Use a weekly team meeting to stay on track

  |   Teams Print Friendly and PDF

A weekly team meeting can help you keep your team moving forward. It should be at the same date and time every week. Here’s an agenda that’s worked for many people.

  • Personal sharing – what’s going on in everyone’s life?
  • Performance review – are we making our numbers?
  • Project review – are we making progress?

This should be the time to identify any roadblocks that should be removed. Team members should say what help they need from others in the upcoming week.

This is only one of 347 tips in my ebook, Become a Better Boss One Tip at a Time.
