Don’t limit yourself to a single role model. Role models are like mentors in your mind and you’ll be more successful if you have more than one.

Choose your role model based on his or her ability to do a specific thing. It might be problem-solving, or talking to people about performance, or conducting meetings. As your career progresses, you will probably drop some role models and add others. That’s a good thing because it means that you’re learning and growing.
