Learning solutions work when the problem is a lack of knowledge or adequate skills.
Resource solutions work when a team member doesn’t have the money, time, information, or help that he or she needs to perform.
System solutions work when the way the work is done is the problem.
Supervision solutions include coaching, correction, encouragement, or discipline. Think about these after you’ve considered the other three.
