You can learn a lot from leadership experts, but you always see the leader and what he or she does through the expert’s personal lens. Supplement that learning with studying real leaders in real life situations and draw your own conclusions. The posts in this series will help you.

Very nice blog shared by you i just want to add a little bit (Network matter) I’m always surprised at how often people who feel they have been aggrieved “go nuclear” in a public way. Doing this threatens your network in ways that are hard to predict. You don’t know who will say what to whom. Often, those that take this tack wrap themselves in a cloak of honor, explaining that they had to say what they said; and anyway, it’s their right.
Yes, it is their right, but that doesn’t make it a good thing. Thanks for adding to the discussion.
