I just picked up a copy of Trillion Dollar Coach: The Leadership Playbook of Silicon Valley’s Bill Campbell by Eric Schmidt, Jonathan Rosenberg, and Alan Eagle. I want to read this book for two reasons.

I’m hoping for leadership insights. Campbell was the coach for several top Silicon Valley executives. I want to know what advice he gave them.

Campbell had a huge impact on those he coached. I hope to learn something about how he did it. I want to pick up some coaching tips to use when I coach people through the process of writing a book.
