I’m reading Lead Yourself First: Inspiring Leadership Through Solitude. The subtitle of the book attracted me. I know that my life and work go better when I carve out time for myself to keep a journal and do my devotions. As important as that time alone, that solitude, has been in my life, I’ve never studied solitude.
I’m reading the book to take a deep dive into solitude. I want to learn some of the science behind why it’s been effective for me. I want to learn about how other people have used solitude to make their life and performance better. I know that solitude has been a powerful resource for me, and I want to learn how to mine it better
When I finished reading this book, I reviewed it here.
